Following on from from the recent broadcast from our PM , Gill Head Farm site remains closed for all accommodtion, touring and camping. The government indicated a phased re-opening of hospitality businesses no sooner than July 1st, we have no way of knowing  what form this gradual re-opening will be, please be assured that before we open, a risk assessment will be taken to ensure our local community is not put at risk, we can continue to work safely and that our customers can enjoy their stay safely.

We are not currently taking forward bookings for stays before August until we are ccertain of the way forward.   We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note :Whilst the goverment advice on travel for leisure has been relaxed, Cumbria Tourism, Police, Emergency rescue services and local communities continue to strongly urge people to not visit the county, "Cumbria has one of the highest incidences of Coronavirus per head of population and a high number of older residents, the safety of local residents must take priority, along with a collective responsibilty to help protect Cumbrias NHS workers...."

We are missing you and very much look forward to seeing you at Gill Head Farm and the beautiful Lakes as soon as it is safe to do so.

Keep on keeping on x
