Cancellation and Insurance

Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement with you is a legal contract. If you cannot go on holiday and the accommodation cannot be re-let, you are liable to pay for the booking in full, even if you cancel before paying the balance. If we succeed in re-letting the accommodation for that same period, we will deduct from you what you owe us (or refund to you) any such rentals received less your deposit, which is always non-refundable. For these reasons, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for your holiday.

Please enter the amount of the deposit you wish to pay for your camping stay.

*****Booking Policy at Gill Head Farm  2021 re: COVID19****

From 12th April to `17th may

As our communal areas and toilet/showers facilities will remain closed during this time we will only take bookings for self contained units and  those with own on board facilities.  There will be access to chemical  and rubbish disposal, and also drinking water pipes.

17th May onwards …
We expect our shower facilities and communal areas to be open from the 17th May , though they will still  be restricted to adhere to Covid-19 social contact guidelines, we can then take reservations from those without own facilities eg  campers  and camping pod bookings etc.
Booking deposit terms as below apply .

On making  booking with Gill Head Farm you agree to abide by our site rules while staying at Gill Head , we take one nights payment as deposit, balance is then due on arrival, in the event that you are unable to travel due to Covid-19, we can issue a refund less a £10 admin and transaction fee, a credit note valid for 12 months or re-arrange your holiday dates (subject to availability).
