Confirming your reservation

Please do not send a deposit until you have confirmed your reservation directly with Gill Head farm Country Holidays.

GROUP BOOKINGS OF 2 OR MORE UNITS, ORGANISED GROUPS AND FAMILY GATHERING etc  MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US AND APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING.  We reserve the right to decline any bookings should they appear unsuitable .

On making a booking with Gill Head Farm you agree to abide by our site rules while staying at Gill Head, we take one night's payment as deposit. The balance is then due on arrival. 

Cancellation and Insurance

Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement with you is a legal contract. If you cannot go on holiday and the accommodation cannot be re-let, you are liable to pay for the booking in full, even if you cancel before paying the balance. If we succeed in re-letting the accommodation for that same period, we will deduct from you what you owe us (or refund to you) any such rentals received less your deposit, which is always non-refundable. For these reasons, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for your holiday.
